Q: Hi, I plan to book this tour from 16-22 May 2014. However, we would reach LA on 15 May 2014. May I ask if it is possible for us to book an extra day of hotel accommodation (hotels used for budget tours such as this one would suffice) with you on the night of 15 May? If it is, may I know your quote for the hotel rate for 1 day (for 3 people, under buy-2-get-1-free scheme)? In addition, if that is such the case, can we claim our complimentary pick-up from LAX airport on 15 May? Thank you so much.

2014-03-27 14:40:18 Dear Trang Pham, If you wish to have pre hotel extension same as the first night tour hotel, please leave a note in the comments section when placing your order online. We will check and quote you when we process your reservation. Standard non upgrade hotels start from $100.00 per room per night based on double occupancy. If you choose to book the pre hotel extension with us at the same property confirmed for your tour, we can offer the early pick up service out of LAX for you for an additional $30.00 only. 2014-03-26 12:43:04 Dear Joy Belisario, The hotel rooms are equipped with two full size beds, which can accommodate at most 4 guests. For this tour, you can have free time after 15:00pm in San Francisco if you do not take the optional city tour. Usually, the tour group will have about 50 guests. This tour will be available on 30th June. Actually, it is available everyday in June. You can book the tour as long as the tour date is available online. The closest pick-up location we offer to the Los Angeles International Airport is at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel on 404 S.Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA.
